The work
What you would actually be doing.
You own delivery: plan, budget, vendor, steering committee and the difficult conversations. Our programmes are real transformation, not status reporting, and you will have consultants around you who know the platform better than the vendor implementation team does.
On a typical engagement
- Own plan, budget, risks and reporting for a platform programme
- Manage vendor and client relationships up to executive level
- Keep scope honest and decisions documented
- Lead a blended delivery team across time zones
- Take the programme through cutover and into run
What you bring
- Delivered investment platform implementations, migrations or upgrades
- Credible with COO, CTO and steering committee audiences
- Vendor management experience
- Understanding of the platform domain, not just the plan
- Prince2, PMP or SAFe welcome, not required
