Lead an Aladdin onboarding or transformation workstream with the client and BlackRock in the room.
The work
What you would actually be doing.
Senior, client facing leadership on programmes with executive attention. You run the workstream, manage the triangle between client, BlackRock and our team, and are accountable for the outcome.
On a typical engagement
- Lead an onboarding, migration or optimisation workstream
- Own plan, risks and decisions with the client sponsor
- Coordinate with BlackRock implementation teams
- Lead a team of consultants and client staff
- Drive adoption after go live
What you bring
- Delivered Aladdin onboarding or major change programmes
- Buy side operating model knowledge
- Leadership of blended client and consultant teams
- Executive communication
- Willingness to travel when a programme needs it
