The work
What you would actually be doing.
You own the plumbing of the trading platform: FIX sessions to brokers and venues, interfaces to accounting and custody, data flows and the performance of it all under load.
On a typical engagement
- Build and support FIX connectivity to brokers, venues and vendors
- Deliver interfaces between CRD and the surrounding estate
- Own data flows, batch cycles and monitoring
- Lead technical upgrade and environment work
- Resolve production issues with the client team
What you bring
- CRD technical or FIX engineering experience
- SQL and integration development skills
- Understanding of trading message flow
- Environment, release and upgrade experience
- Composure during a trading day incident
