Tabea is the Operations Director or should we say Automation Director at Tech Heads. She constantly reviews the latest cutting-edge technology to improve our recruitment accuracy, shorten processes and cut down the overall time to hire. She also champions our diversity strategy allowing everyone no matter the background, gender or preference to have the same, fair chance on the job market and at the workplace. Tabea is absolutely obsessed with tech and her office looks like a spaceship. In her spare time she creates awesome video content and she also cooks (the team loves it!).
