Are you an experienced Project Leader with a strong background in IT and service management? Want to work for a renowned tech company that is enhancing their remote equipment support services to meet growing business demands?

This role will offer you the opportunity to lead and manage the BRES (Basic Remote Equipment Support) service, ensuring its performance, management, and diagnostic capabilities are continuously strengthened. You will be responsible for researching and documenting the current service management setup, capturing business and IT use cases, aligning on future improvements, and planning and executing projects to achieve these goals.

The ideal Project Leader has:

• HBO+ or Academic level IT education.

• 5-7 years of relevant work experience in large international and demanding (R&D) IT organizations.

• Ability to provide direction and guidance to a variety of stakeholders including technical experts.

• Excellent communication, documentation, and reporting skills in English (Dutch is nice to have).

 

It’d be extra awesome if you also have:

• Experience at a medior to senior level in project management.

• Experience in service management, monitoring, and diagnostics.

• Understanding of performance dependencies between application and IT infrastructure.

• Experience working for international tech companies in multiple time zones.
