Are you a Senior Linux Engineer with over 5 years of recent hands-on experience with RH Linux? Want to work for an innovative company that supports significant infrastructure projects and has a substantial impact on national data management?

You will be responsible for managing a growing storage environment, resolving incidents, maintaining documentation, and ensuring seamless operations in a virtualised setting with Red Hat. Additionally, you will engage with customers and suppliers on technical matters and contribute to optimizing infrastructure and work processes.

 

The ideal Senior Linux Engineer has:

• More than 5 years of recent hands-on experience with RH Linux

• At least 2 years of work experience in an Agile environment

• At least 2 years of recent hands-on experience with OpenShift (Kubernetes)

• RHCSA / RHCE certification

• Experience with Ansible (3 years), Gluster (5 years), and RedHat Virtualization (5 years)

 

It’d be extra awesome if you also had knowledge of:

• Flash storage, glusterFS, NetApp, MinIo, S3, Samba, ACLs, Red Hat Identity Management, phpIPAM, Satellite 6, and GitOps

• Monitoring solutions such as Nagios-based CheckMK

• Container technology including Docker and Kubernetes OpenShift
