Are you an experienced UX Designer passionate about enhancing user experiences? Do you thrive in designing and improving management dashboards crucial for the tax authorities?

 

Our client, within the ICT division of the Tax Authorities, is seeking a skilled UX Designer to join their Management Dashboards team. You will focus on designing and optimizing the customer journey for their flagship management information Dashboard. This product plays a pivotal role in managing and accounting for various entities such as Large Enterprises, Private Individuals, and SMEs. Your expertise in UX design will be instrumental in ensuring adoption and usability of the dashboard across the organization.

 

In this role, you will:

• Design and implement a Design System in Figma with standard components
• Develop Customer Journey maps and identify pain points
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders and developers to advocate for UX design principles
• Initiate and simplify complex information for presentation

 

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

• University level of education with at least 5 years of demonstrable experience as a UX Designer in a data/IT environment, preferably at a large organization or government institution
• Proficiency in using Figma for UX design
• Experience with Agile Scrum methodologies

 

Additional Desirable Qualifications:

• Fluent in Dutch (spoken and written)
• Experience in data visualization
• Previous work within a government organization
