As a Support Manager, your days will be varied and engaging, balancing between managing user support requests, conducting detailed database queries, and ensuring timely resolutions. You’ll work closely with both users and technical teams, utilizing your expertise in Microsoft SQL Server and Jira to troubleshoot and resolve issues. Regularly, you’ll participate in user acceptance testing and document your findings, ensuring the continuous improvement of services. Additionally, you'll develop and deliver training sessions, helping users to fully utilize applications. Communication and teamwork are at the core of the culture, making it an ideal place for those who thrive in supportive and diverse settings.

For this Support Manager role, you will need:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server, PL-SQL, and SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS)
  • Experience with Jira for bug tracking and project management
  • Experience in incident management and IT service management
  • Analytical and logical problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and in multilingual and multicultural environments
  • Good general IT skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or 3 years of higher education
